David M. Forsyth writes the papers on this site. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri. The papers were prepared in the Department of Economics there.

He is the founder of Tamaki Technologies LLC. The research draws on that economics training and on more than 25 years of work in pension administration, automated benefit calculations, systems analysis, software testing, and data management.
